- 17 Binns McCraes Road – Lot 1 on PS 7011237 (IN1Z land only).
- 39 Binns McCraes Road – Lot 1 on PS 704002 (IN1Z land only, south side of Binns McCraes Road).
- 39 Binns McCraes Road – Lot 1 on PS 718353 (IN1Z land only, north side of Binns McCraes Road).
- Lot 2022 on PP 2009.
- Lot 2023 on PP 2209.
Proposal: A draft amended development plan has been prepared to include land located at 39 Binns McCraes Road Alexandra.
The plan has been prepared to indicate the site assessment, layout, servicing and conditions for the future use and development of the land.

Zoning: Industrial 1 Zone (I1Z)
Overlays: Development Plan Overlay 4 (DPO4)
The Development Plan Overlay requires that Murrindindi Shire Council approve a development plan before any planning permit is granted for any use, development or subdivision of the land.

The draft development plan is on display at Murrindindi Shire Council offices in Perkins Street, Alexandra and can be viewed online.
