Council Elections

Every four years, Murrindindi Shire residents and ratepayers vote to elect Councillors to represent our community.

The next Council elections will be held on Saturday 26 October 2024.

The Victorian Electoral Commission (VEC) is responsible for managing local Council elections.

Below you will find information on Voting and other resources, however all enquiries about elections must be directed to the VEC. We will be adding more information to this page and the sub-pages below in the lead up to the council elections.
