A stormwater discharge point is where your property's drainage links to Council's drainage network. The location point is allocated by Council.

To obtain details of where Council’s designated Stormwater Discharge Point is in relation to a property, complete the form below.

A site map needs to be submitted with your application. It would be preferred that a title plan is also submitted.

Application fee of $231.40 is payable when Council issues you an invoice.

Additional statutory fees may apply if an Asset Protection Permit is required.

Once we receive your payment, we'll email you the permit within seven working days. This might take longer if we need more information.
