Council manages a broad range of infrastructure assets to support the delivery of essential and valued community services.

Our assets include:

  • roads and carparks
  • bridges and major culverts
  • footpath and cycleways
  • drainage
  • corporate buildings
  • recreation, leisure and community facilities
  • open space and sporting grounds
  • saleyards and waste assets

Our Asset Management Plan describes how we intend to manage Council's infrastructure assets. The Plan includes information about maintenance, renewal, acquisition, expansion, upgrade, disposal and decommissioning in relation to each class of infrastructure asset under Council's control.

Our Asset Management Plan is supported by our Asset Management Policy and Asset Disposal Policy.
