Our Online Planning and Building Portal (Greenlight) is your one-stop-shop to applying for a Building Permit. You can also submit a General Enquiry to check if a building permit will be required via the portal for our team to review.

You can use the online portal to:

  • check on the progress of your application
  • make online payments
  • request inspections
  • apply for a Report & Consent
  • apply for Section 29A Demolition
  • apply for building search records
  • register your swimming pool or spa
  • request property information
  • submit a general building enquiry
  • lodge documents
  • apply for a Place of Public Entertainment Permit

As a customer, you can create your own login for access to the portal. This allows you to submit your applications and enquiries directly into the portal.
