Women's Health Information Afternoon - Alexandra Football Clubrooms

In conjunction with Alexandra District Health women are invited to join in a Health Information afternoon. Speakers will cover many Health issues and tips for better health outcomes followed by a sumptious afternoon tea.

An afternoon of learning about Women's Health including Mental Health, General Health, Pelvic Floor Health, Bone Health, Diet and Exercise, Blood Pressure Checks and more.
