Murrindindi Children’s Network presents the 2025 Early Childhood Conference: Exploring Neurodevelopment.

This year the conference will focus on some important aspects of childhood development. How to navigate mental health, paying attention to infants needs for connection, attachment and safety, supporting the developing brain with art and play, and avoiding the pitfalls of the digital world. We can help children develop in ways that make them ready to learn and absorb knowledge as they get older and take on the world of school.

Featuring:

  • Wendy Bunston - Infant Mental Health
  • Robyn Papworth - Play, move, improve. Play as therapy. Back by popular demand
  • Emily Walters (Family Care) - Art as Therapy
  • Sumudu Mallawaarachchi - Research Fellow - Australian Research Council Centre of Excellence for the Digital Child - the effect of the digital world on children’s development

Registration is at 8.30 am for a 9.00 am start.
