Toxic chemicals should never be put in your rubbish bins, poured down the drain, or put in a skip.
You can drop off unwanted household chemicals at our free Detox Your Home event, which is licensed to accept toxic chemicals and staffed by trained specialist chemists.
Acceptable chemicals are household volumes of cleaners, fertilisers, pesticides, herbicides and paint. A full list of materials that can be accepted can be found here.
