Get ready to join us for an exciting event promoting the Aussie Bird Count! This public event will take place on Tuesday 8 October, from 6.30 to 8.30 pm at the beautiful Yea Wetlands.

Our special guest, Ron Litjens, a well-known local amateur naturalist and guide at Yea Wetlands, will lead a 20-minute walk through the wetlands, sharing his expertise on attracting birds to your garden. Following the walk, Ron will give an engaging talk on how you can participate as a citizen scientist in the Aussie Bird Count, which runs from 14-20 October.

Children are welcome, and there will be activities for them during the talk, ensuring a fun and educational experience for all ages.
