The purpose of the Public Interest Disclosures Policy (the Policy) is to support Council’s culture of integrity and the ethical behaviours expected from Council representatives in line with the Councillor and Employee Codes of Conduct. The Policy is intended to encourage and support people to make disclosures about improper conduct or detrimental action taken against a discloser.
